请问如何将BC的驾照换成ON的驾照？

好像不行的。

在转的时候，要问你何时来 ON 定居的。要是过两年再办，你得"撒谎"才行啊！

One does not feel good when tells a lie. Especially, when involved in some sort of accident or speeding, you will have a trouble，maybe your insurrense refuse to cover you.

I have class 5 more than 2 years, so it is not a problem.
Just need a vision test and 50 bucks.

They will take a new picutre. sigh. I should have done a haircut before going there.
