[问题] 请问烤箱内滴漏的油污怎么清洗.

由于烤鸡腿滴到烤箱底部一些油污,看起来非常顽固,请问有什么特别的清洗方法? 谢谢!

Yes, it's normal. It is a very powerful cleaner. I usually buy the one without fume (indicated on the label).

I normally do the following:

Turn on hood fan
Spray the oven with Easy Off,
Close the oven door right away and let it sit for a few minutes
Wipe off the grease with a scrubbing ball and paper towel

You can use a mask to protect yourself, I usually just hold my breadth.

If it's very very greasy, use the self-clean cycle built in your oven (most ovens do have self-clean capacity). It basically burns all grease to dust, takes about 3 hours.
