Price is $480 including everything: hydro, heat, central air conditional, high speed internet, satellite Channels (CCTV4, CCTV9, and a lot of 24 hrs movie channels), and even included small things like toilet paper, hand soap ( just want to convenient students).
Furniture includes: Ikea's nice big study table, LG small fridge, solid wood 6 drawers dresser, a twin size bed, a book shelf, etc.
We are looking for a nice and quite student, and non-smoke as well.
