谁能帮我关于签证的问题 Thanks a million!

我年底就毕业了,不敢保证能找到工作,但又得想办法留下
等PR,继续读书吧,付不起学费,请问如果我申请个学校,拿到通知书后去把签证延下来有
个合法身份,不去报到,在这里等PR行不行? 风险有多大,会不会对我的移民有影
响.

你如果在这边递的申请移民的，那就是境内移民，应该可以直接申请“Visitor Record"合法呆在这里等的啊！不过我也不是太清楚，因为我当初申请的是境内团聚移民。

把材料寄去了Bufflo.请问如何申请visitor record.另外,如果我能在这里找到工作的话如何申请实习工作

Send a copy of your passport, a copy of your graduate certificate, recent bank statement, original transcript from your university(better sealed), fill in the application form for applying the one year work permit, PLUS, deposit 150 dollars process fee at any of the banks and then send all the documents to Alberta visa section. Or you can just go for a lawyer to conduct this for you which will cost you several hundred bucks.That's it and Good luck!!!

I really appreciate the information you provided. I wonder if I must have found a job before applying for the one year work permit. it may be a silly question. However, when searching for a job, It's usually required the canadiates should be Citizen, landed immigrant or work visa holder. How could I get a work permit before getting a job? Are international students allowed to stay another year after graduation to work or look for a job? Thanks a lot!
