带着罚单在10日内去CITY HALL(市中心),告诉他们你要
上诉.他们会让你填一张表,内容是关于上诉原因,和是否
要同开罚单的人当庭对质(建议选要,因为一旦那人不来,
你赢的机会就很大).然后在回去等具体开庭的日子,大概
10个月吧. 在这段日子里,你可以随时该变决定去交罚款,
他们也不会让你多交钱的.

When you fill the ticket, you can choose not pay right now and go to the court, send this ticket to specified address, you will recieve an inform which will tell you when and where you should show up. you 'd better prepare your execuse first.
