BIRCH地板成了大花脸，呜呜

好好的新房什么都没问题了，偏偏在CLOSING DAY（8月30日）的前半个月来了这一招。

前天下班去看房，BIULDER 居然安装了很难看的BIRCH地板，照了相给同事和律师看，一片同情声，都觉得不可思议。

可是同情有什么用啊，眼泪不能换钱。这也怪自己经验不足，只在OFFER上说明要MIDDLE SIZE BIRCH。加上AGENT反复口头承诺了包括地板等相关的重要事项，现在无处申诉。这家BUILDER 在本地有两栋房，质量都不错，地板同是BIRCH，颜色不错。我们一再坚持就喜欢LIGHT COLOR BIRCH FLOORING.AGENT也一再承诺我们的绝不会比他们的差。现在AGENT在国外度假，卖方AGENT又在催没有足够时间完工。

心里没底LAWYER能不能解决问题，不知道花多少钱才能解决问题。找政府或木材等级评估协会也没有回音。BUILDER 咬住GRADE和其他房子一样，是我们运气不好，碰上了颜色相差这么大的木板。他们自己也承认谁看到这样的地板都不会想买这房子，让我们花2000-3000元，他们就给换地板。可是真的就没有别的办法了吗？

You can change your floor color. They can put in chestnut stain on it, then it will look better.

他们是否在铺地板前， 让你们看过地板的样品？？ 如果没有那你的lawyer can do something about it.因为这是明显的货物质量问题， 交易的任何方都有验活的权力， 即使在合同上有MIDDLE SIZE BIRCH agreement, 但这并不表示， 他们可以安装任何不同质量或感官上有很大区别的BIRCH。。这和做衣服一样， 同样材料的用同样的印花。。如果有很大反差就是次品。。他们给你看的样板房就是一种实际上的标准。。什么运气不好， 你问他们把这地板按他们自己家， 他们什么感觉！ ask ur lawyer and you always can find a hole in the contract..

find a safety reason and refuse the contract.

老公后悔合同没写清楚，感觉没有希望胜诉。
有人说打官司几千元都下不了地，结果未卜。
我找遍INTERNET，没有相关案例，心里没底。

good idea. 烦死他们， 直到最后胜利。

这个地板级别有问题,那装地板的工人脑瓜有问题,builder的site manager也有问题.
告诉他们你们不收这地板,不换地板不签字交房,卖方agent急着交房挣钱不是?让他去催.

yes. the same "birch", they installed grade III instead of grade I.

Take a picture or pictures of the sample you see in the model home
as proof that they did not install the right grade floor to the house.
