can't understand

What I can't understand is, according to the web link you posted, both you and the seller will only gain 24 C$ for 3,000US$.

I think what we need to do is to go to the Royal Bank, ask for the Buy/Sell price. If it's still 24C$ benefit, then it's not worth doing so.
