Hi,
A group of system/sw architects here in Ottawa wants to implement a telecom product idea quick on top of an off-shelf HW.
Since we are in a start-up stage we do not have human or monetary resource to have entire idea implemented within Canada.
We are looking for outsourcing contacts in China to help us to realize the design. The requirements for the outsourcing partner are:
- It has to be an established legal entities (i.e. a legitimate software company)
- It has to have a group of key people that has extensive design experience in telecom arena (especially in OAM, Localized provisioning interface and billing software design)
- Design experience in following areas is a huge plus (but not mandatory)
-- Wireless infrastructure
-- Carrie-grade software
-- IP infrastructure
-- Marketing contacts in Telecom areas
