Anybody got a Visa to US recently?

I'd like to travel in US this winter, can anyone give me some suggestions? I hope I can get the visa smoothly.

1 Do I need an appointment?
2 How can I get a form. from internet or ask them mail to me?
3 Will they reject me because I only have a general job?

1. yup, you do need an appointment.

2.you can fill out a form online. (check out the link below you can find the link of "US Visa Application Form" there.)
