home phone or cell phone?

i wonna know which kind of phone is more worthwhile~~~
can anyone tell me the price and other information for both home phone and cell phone?

residential line with bell, basic with no feature, $26 including tax

cell phone, plan fee + $6.95 system fee, 0.95 911 access fee + tax; or pay as you go, around 50c per min.

if you want to use bell sympitaco internet, you HAVE to have a bell residential line.

but if you are not home most of the time, or want some mobility of communication, you may want to get a cell.
