If you are not caught and stopped by the police, they have no prove you oversped. If the police wrote down your license, that does not count, since it was likely the police could get the license wrong.
That's why we get police car chasing, otherwise they could just sit in their car writing and sending tickets to you.

i have seen police stopped bikers too..

There aren't too many places to speeding on a bicycle in Ottawa. Meadowland Rd. is a one with a speed limit of only 40km/hr. But even that, you can't keep 50+ km/hr for too long.

Most of time, you would run a lot more stop signs/red lights instead of speeding for approaching such speed.
