准备和TD Bank 签Mortgage， 可他家要的材料好奇怪，请教一下大家。

1） A new home warranty program inspection certificate and final home warranty certificate.
这是什么啊？Builder没有给我啊。 我什么时候才会拿到呢？

2） Fire Insurance
我要另外去买Fire Insurance吗？ 还是包括在总的保险里面的？

My mortgage is with TD.

A new home warranty program inspection certificate and final home warranty certificate...

You will get this certificate after you have done pre-move inspection.
Your laywer needs this as well.

Fire Insurance

It should be included in your home insurance package..Have you got your policy number from the insurance company?

We were not asked to provide the above info to TD when we did our pre-approval...in the closing stage, we passed all the info to our laywer and it was our lawyer who dealt with the TD..
