Chipworks has an exciting opportunity for a bilingual (English and Japanese) Program Manager, based out of our Ottawa office. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships and ensuring that your assigned customers receive superior customer service through the delivery of quality products and services. Working with the Sales and Business Developer, the Program Manager is the focal point for all aspects of program/project delivery to their customers. Travel may be required 3-4 times a year.
You demonstrate the required knowledge and expertise in microelectronics & the semiconductor industry, principles of program management, strong technical understanding of semiconductor fabrication, design technologies and product types.
You have a University Degree or College Diploma in an appropriate science or engineering discipline and a minimum of 5 years experience in a related discipline. The ability to communicate both orally and in writing in both English and Japanese is a mandatory requirement of the job.
