The mark on the registration plate will expire

The mark on the registration plate is August 2004. It means that the mark will expire very soon. But I have not get the new one. Will I have any problem? If so, who should I contact to? Thanks!

It doesn't matter if it's expired as long as you renewal it and pay for it. I had similar situation before and I was fine with that.
