The good-size room is in the Second floor, has big closet and independent half bathroom. The room is fully furnished, including a color TV. The rent includes all utilies,Cable TV, local telephone, high speed Internet. The student will have access to the living room and washer & dryer.
The rent is $650 with three meals, good food. Possible to do own cooking at rent $460.
