请问关于美元理财的问题

渥太华有没有类似国内那种保本的美元投资，大约年息在3.3左右的，2-3年，或2.2左右的美元理财。还有就是这里有美国银行吗？利率是否比加拿大的高一些那？

I don't think you can get those high rate here from Canadian Banks. I guess IngDirect has a high rate for us saving. For GIC, I guess you have to call a bank by bank or go to the website for rate quotation.

BTW, US Bank should have a little higher rate than Canadian. But I didn't find one here until now. You may can open a US account in US. Then put your money there and you never pay US tax
