Yes, there are terms plan (2-3 yr contract) and also pay-to-go plan. The compnay provides wirless services in Ottawa are Telus, Bell mobility, Fido and Rogers.

You can find their numbers in the yellow page of phone book or just drop by their booths in the shooping mall. They are everywhere.

You can get their info from online.

Depend on the location, I feel it's from C$300 to C$500 month.
