公民入籍申请 问题[寻找]

我2000，6月落地。
然后回国433 天 （有返加证）。
2001，8月再回加拿大。

现在填申请表发现：要求4年中要住满3年。
在申请表中：
Total the number of days between the date you became a permanent
resident (A) and the date you will sign your application (B). Enter this number on Line C.
IMPORTANT: If this number is more than 1460 (4 years) then enter 1460 on Line C.
If this number is less than 730 days, you are not eligible yet.

但是在 Guide 中
have resided in Canada for a total of three (3) years (1095 days) out of the four (4) years on the day before you apply.



我现在在加拿大已经住了3年了，符合Guide中的要求（2001，8月到2004，8月）。
但不符合 表中的要求（从落地算起的4年）

如果我把返加证附上，不是不可以申请了？

表中的意思就是超过4年就算最近的4年,不能多算,和你落地时间没什么关系,
还是看你最近4年里住3年没有,你的情况够了,如果2001,8之后没有离加

如果你2001年8月15号回加拿大后都没有离开过，那么2004年8月15号就可以申请入籍了。

If you were outside Canada between the date in A and the date in B, enter the total
number of days absent on Line D. 433
Note: If you have been a permanent resident for more than 4 years, enter on line D the total number
of days you have been absent from Canada in the four year period immediately before the date in B.
Subtract Line D from Line C (C - D = E). Enter this number on Line E. 1027
If this number is at least 1095 days, you do not have to complete Section 2.
You are eligible to apply for citizenship. If the total is less than 1095, go to Section 2.

问题就是：
A 要从落地的时候算
B 只能填1460
所以最后结果是 1027， 不到1095。
