Damaged my hair, and tricked my money!!!
I dyed my hair there to light brown, and turned out top part is brown, lower part is black, inside is light brown, horrible!!!!!
Because it's so horrible, they said will do it for me again the next day for Free, next day I did again, but they forced to charge me for another $29, they said it's for Blow Dry!!!! $29 for Blow Dry???
Spent over $150 to damage my hair, coz they dye twice and used cheap products. Extremely horrible experience
My hair is Original, just because I went there, I have my hair damaged so badly!!!

Forgot to mention, at the beginning, I asked them how much to dye my hair, they said around $60, so I went in. When a girl dye my hair, I am curious and asked her again, she told me it's $110!!! I was SHOCKED, because I was tricked to go inside!!! Not only that, after they blow dry my hair, $30 more for Blow Dry!!!

可恶的是她们不老实。。。骗了我进去，弄伤了我的头，浪费了我的车钱和时间后，
还不停的要钱，加这加那的把账单滚大。。。吹头都要加$30 (还要加税！)，太离

我也曾在到多伦多老外店里染头，人家很老实，染得很好，产品也是用优质的呢。。。
加剪发，都是$120 而已。 JOSEPH’S 一共吃了我$150 染发，还没计算我往后日子
的护发SPENDING。。。。。唉
今次再到多伦多PACIFIC MALL染，$70，品质极优~~~ 以后都会再去那里染了~

RIDEAU 里的都不太好，就是楼上近车站的朋友说都剪得不好。JOSEPH‘S我就是对它咬牙切齿的了。
CHINATOWN 美美都是爱用刀削的，那是最伤头发。
ON BANK STREET 有很多独立 SALON，有些看上去很前卫专业的，可以一试。

我没再ottawa弄过头发，反正不敢去尝试
我还是建议多伦多，太古的发烧友，还有chinatown的师傅的店，价钱在多伦多都是固定的，不会有人乱加价！
