international student can get tax refund
To international student,
It would be better to fill the tax return in your case.If you do not have that very high income,you can at least get GST and PST refund.
If you have some complicated items such as investment and personal business stuff, you 'd better look for a professional accountant and he /she can help you minimize your tax to pay.
Those are the basic stuff.

1. I remember there's an agreement between China and Canada that Chinese students
will get tax refund from Canada government.
2. If you are in Uni of Ottawa, go to International Student Office at 600 King Edward,
they should tell you. I still remember Abdul, he's a very nice guy. He helped to fill out
my first tax form when I was in OU.
