请大家帮忙！！包裹如果被海关扣了，怎么办呀？

我的朋友从国内给我用航空快件，邮寄了一些衣服，到现在已经快一个月了，正常的话，5天就到了，后来我们去询问国内的邮局说，有可能被海关扣了，有谁能帮帮我吗？

是不是都是新衣服，标签还在上面的？怀疑你是贩售用途，不是自用，所以扣了。将来会让你交税，或者充公。这里对纺织品查的很严的，我寄一些baby的衣服(自用)，有的新的都洗洗水才寄，标签一定拿掉，箱子都有打开检查过的。

一般这种情况 可能你的东西被退回国内了 如果你要取回东西 需要向邮局付退回去的邮费 ，然后加拿大的海关会给你发一封信 说明你的东西有哪些违反了加拿大的关税规定。我上次国内寄烟就这样。寄了8条都给退回去了，损失几百块RMB 邮费

更可气的是东西返回国内的邮局时，如果去提回，还要补交很高的邮费。

A few years ago, a package sent to me from China arrived late, and when it finally did, it came with a bill from Canada's customs. I called and inquired about the bill. I was told that I was being charged customs duty for importing goods into Canada. I argued that it couldn't have been imports because the stuff in the package was gifts from my folks and sent to me without my knowledge. Canada customs waved the duties for me.
I am not sure if you are in a similar situation, but if you are, you can call and make your argument.

你打的什么电话号码？一定要他们给你通知了才能查询马？

I called the number on the bill given by them. I suppose you can always call Canada Customs Agency to ask them if they are keeping your package, but without a file number or a case number, it will be hard for them to find any information on you, assuming it's them who kept your package.

请问楼主你的包裹受到了吗？你打电话查询了吗？我的东西到现在也还没有收到。也没有海关的任何通知。试着打电话查询却没有人接。不知道怎么办了。

我的包裹收到了，不过，我是先收到罚单的，然后交了罚款，方可拿到东西。在有就是，我同时寄了两个，现在只收到一个。而且我收到的是平寄的，快寄的反而没有收到。

被扣拉有3种结果：
1。 打回中国
2。要求缴关税
3。石沉大海

曾经有一次，在3个月之后，才被海关放行。还算幸运

我姐姐曾经从美国给我寄维生素，大概加拿大海关有些药品是限制进口的，我姐邮寄的单子上写了维生素就被扣下来了，本来寄的是应该第二天到的那种特快，结果我3个星期受到单子，让我写明成分，多少钱等等，我老实写了给他们发了email，倒是挺痛快，第二天就给送到家了，不过后来要charge我二十多刀，把我气的，都不知道为什么，就一直没有理他们，不知道最后会怎么样。
