二手车一般只有FINACING， 很少有LEASE，
而且对于银行的利率，二手车会比新车稍微高一点
而且是看你要买什么车。

how much w\you want pay for the car, and what size?

You provide ideas to help obtaining car loan from financial institutes, or you provide the finance.

To my knowledge, I don't think banks or other financial institutes will finance a car loan for international students. However, there is no problem for leasing a car as an international student. Correct me if I am wrong.

I don't think dealer or bank will give money to international student
fpr leasing or finacing a car. if you want buy a car, you can tell me
some detail about the car.
