请问: 保险涨了，正常吗?

我的保险本月满一年，保险公司要涨10%，理由是普涨。
我未曾得过任何ticket. 这种情况正常吗? 急!

I got the same case as yours. I called them and was told that is how the insurance companies work when they lose money. What a ing insurance company it is !!!
