有人用过佳洁士的美白牙帖吗？电视上看过广告，也在商场里有买，有经验的分享一下哦！

牙齿白了笑起来会美很多。呵呵！

It was very effective for me. Every of my friends notices the differences. However, my teeth became sensitive. So I stopped. BTW, my teeth changed back to the original color after 6 months.

It's very true. The teeth became sensitive after use it, and only good for couple of month. If you got 四环素 teeth, no matter how hard you are going to try, it won't work for sure.

没错,没错!! 我也是用了非常见效, 而且即使6个月过后好象也白过本色. 除了刚开始用的那些天牙齿会酸酸的, 非常敏感.

不过,我一直想试试CREST的夜晚的那种, 不知有没有人用过, 能不能告诉我效果如何呢? 谢啦!
