[请求] 地板翘起来了，怎么办？

我住在apt里，今天早上在床下捡东西，突然发现床下的地板都翘起来了，我赶快看了看别的地方，也有。我从来没有泼大量的水在地上（正常的拖地而已），也从来没有用硬物敲过，我该怎么办啊？ 我是不是应该通知renal office来看看呢？他们会不会帮我修，会不会罚我的钱呢？哪位大哥大姐知道，请告诉我，救命啊！！！
