有人在move in后 upgraded stairs(从地毯变成硬木的)吗?

是不是会很麻烦?价钱和builder给做(before move in)比怎样?

搬进去就不能做了吧?硬木楼梯都是整体搬来安装上的.

俺家考虑过，还没做------木楼梯滑，对老人和孩子都不好用。回头搞不好还是要再加一溜地毯，还没想好:blink:

there is a safety issue, and plus u have to pay much more than to install the hardwood on the flat floor, becuase there are some special cut for the stair way.

if u really want to do that, u can put carpet on the middle part of stairs.
