朋友现在是旅游签证，已在申请绿卡过程中，并同时申请了旅游签证延期，但有急事现在要回国，是否可以回去一个月再回来？如果不行，应该办什么别的手续。谢谢回应！ ----在线等回应

旅游签证在申请时的要求之一是旅游完后离开,不会留下来工作或学习.现在你朋友没有离开,申请了移民,已经没有按照原来申请签证的要求做了.所以,签证的延期成不成要看他们是否认真核对材料了.
如现有签证在回国再返加前没到期,应可以回,只是回来过机场移民局时,如查出已申请移民的记录,又要凭旅游签证入境,就有拒绝入境的危险.这种危险的机率有多大,就不知道了.

Your friend has to know if his/her current visa is for single entry or for multiple entries. If it is for single entry, your friend will not be able to come back to Canada even if his/her visa is not expired, unless he or she gets a new visa. It will be very difficult for your friend to get another vistor's visa in China, because his/her application of the green card is in process. If his/her green card is approved in future, he/she will be able come to Canada as an immigrant, of course.

回去谁也管不了。回来就难了--移民倾向

回去后能不能回来，主要看你申请旅游签证时办的是一次往返还是多次往返，如果是多次往返的话，回来基本问题不大，但是要在旅游签证延期的日期前回来就可。但是如果申请时申请的是单次往返的话，那肯定是回不来了，如想再来，只能重新签证。
