One nice room in a 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent. Plus you if it is possible, only two person to share this 2-bedroom spacious apartment. There is no possibility that third person lives in the living room despite it is very spacious.
Conditions:
Facilities include furniture,TV, Microwave and lots stuff; hot or cold water and hydro available to be use.
Transportation: 87,146 and 41 bus station right down the building. Very easy and fast to access Carleton, OU and big bus station such as South keys, Billings bridge, Hurdman, Lees and OC Train. Bus 87 goes directly to OU and 41 directly to Carleton.
Roommate: Only one nice,quiet and clean lady.
Preference: Female first.
Location: This 12-floors building is located in south keys area, only 1 minute walking distance to grocery and pharmacy stores, post office and restaurants and many amenities.
Rent: $390 every month.
