The room faces south and very warm in the winter. The room has basic furnitures (one bed, one desk and one chair). The house is located in the Minto Navaho area and only 7-8 mins walk to Algonquin college. Very convenient for shopping, loeblaws, homedepot and all types of fastfood stores are within a walking distance. The area is only 10 mins walk from Baseline bus station and from there you can take all direct buses to two universities (117 to Carleton and 95 to U of Ottawa). Also No. 118 is right in front of the area, it can tak you to Billingsbridge and from there you can take 117 or 4 to Carleton. We have all the housewares and beautiful living room.
