HELP:如果房子是今天晚上12点到期,房东可以强迫我们搬家吗???

如果房子LEASE是今天晚上12点到期,房东可以强迫我们在12点之前搬家吗??? 如果我们不搬呢?? 我记得加拿大有这样的法律是不允许房东强迫房客搬家的..
请大家帮忙.我不需要"大概"我需要一个明确的回答..谢谢大家了.....

不可以强迫. 但是12点一到就是人家的了, 曾经在11点半搬出来过, 因为新地方也是进不去. 我出来的时候, 后边要进来的那一家已经所有东西都在电梯里堆着了. 这是个无法解决的问题, 所以的地方LEASE都是30日的11:59到期, 新地方都是1日开始, 但实际上你在1日中午之前都未必进得去新家, 因为前边一家和你一样的困难, 所以还没搬走. 你明白了吧.

我记得不是这样的. 我搬过两次, 第一次有一周半的余量, 第二次我只留三天. 都是凑在周六搬的.

House里可以在月中搬.

大的aprtment是1号搬家的.至少我遇见的是这样.这也是加拿大的不合理之处.和看病要预约一样. 最好得病也先计划一下.

如果你要搬进去的单元是空的，或者原住户提前搬走，你是可以商量提前几天在周末搬家，一般也不会收你那几天的房钱。如果前面的住户还在，房东怎么让你搬进去？就象你后面的住户不能提前把你挤出去一样。对你来说，最好的结果，是你前面的住户买了房子，这时大都会给自己留各把星期的时间交房，提前搬走，你就方便一些。这都是一环套一环的。

never rent an apartment that was not vacant when you saw it.
all the apartment i rent had been vacant for months before I moved in.
