Useless info! Look at the report dates. They are reports for 2002. Nobody is doing anything on that web site anymore.

Sorry I missed the info at the bottom. Actually there are still reports for 2004.

But really, there are only so few reports, I don't think it's very useful. I think it's probably just one guy trying to maintain the web site by reporting the speed traps that he sees.
