主卧室更衣间有一个通房顶的口。星期六雨下得最急的 时候，那里有一点渗水。雨小的时候就没有了。我该怎么办？有推荐修屋顶的公司的吗？

how old is ur roof?? is close to ur chimney??
between ur roof and ur bedroom, there is a space, if u can see the water come out from ur bedroom ceiling, that mean, ur roof is not just miner leaking, u have to hire someone, fix ur roof, it won't cost too much to just fix a spot, or u can hire a handyman to fix it.

屋顶有11年了吧，我本来打算明年换屋顶的，现在从外面看屋顶还没有明显有问题的地方。

汇报一下结果：
找的Jorgensen Roofing(831-0260)，做过roofing的同事的评价是贵，但材料和质量都很好。今天来人看了，说只是屋顶有个管子的caulking不好，其他地方都没有问题。重新做了一下，应该没有事了。态度挺professional的，而且没有要钱。

问：“阁楼里会不会有水？“
答：”有点水也会干掉的。“
问：”那要是有很多水呢？“
答：”那你应该看出痕迹的。“
问：”的确哪里都没有水印。那要是里面的木头都烂了呢？“
答：”那你的屋顶该往下掉了。“
