I would like to exchange my RMB savings to Canadian Dollars. I will transfer RMB to your assigned bank in China, and you send me a certified check to me in Canada. We shall use the exchange rate on the day we do the exchange. The benefit we gain from doing so is avoiding the expensive bank wire-fee and currency exchange processing fee.
