没有人在魁省考驾照吗？怎么没人遇到我一样的问题呢？失望

在国内已有驾照，现住Gatineau，打电话给SAAQ问这边驾照怎么考，那边说需要把原来的驾照翻译一下，可以去大使馆翻译；可我们可爱的大使馆电话没人接，全部是自动应答或“无人值守”，去一趟吧，每天1点钟就关门。我在门口碰到一个刚刚出来的人他说驾照也可以自己翻译，但需要特别的格式，可以在网上查。我在网上找的信息，都说不翻译就可以，大概是安省的政策。那需要什么特别的格式？自己翻译SAAQ认吗？多谢帮忙了！
