In a meeting, I was told it's near the time to fix the mortgage rate. As the prime rate will go up in recent two years, the mortgage will follow the same trend. So it's not a bad time to think about fixing the mortgage rate.
But, as long as you can afford fluctuating of the rate, variable ones still have certain advantages.

他们说要到5%明年年中年底左右.但是说实在的,我不认为有什么人可以准确的预测利息的.
主要还是看自己心里和经济上的承受能力,是不是能够承受利息的变化影响.对于利率能够看到趋势就不错了,不能奢望能够准确预测.
