新车刚到手12小时发现漏油,可不可以要求车行更换呢?急!

朋友刚买了新车,开回家就发现漏油,车行不同意换,只同意修,该咋办?请问有经验的大侠出出注意.有没有规定不能换的呢?心里窝囊!

Generally, they will offer to fix it for you, most car dealership will do this. They won't give you a new one, because the document may have been filed. While your car under fix, they will give you a loaner car to drive, and genarally, they will give you a new car as a loaner car. The cost is paid by the manufacturer.
If they can not fix your car after many attempts, then you can filed compliant to a Canadain organization (forgot the name), and they will held a hearing for your case, and decide if you can ask the manufacturer for a new car.

一定要求换车，不然就要求退车，找他们最大的头要求。
岂有此理，新车漏油。
还请说说是什么牌子的汽车，是不是Brand New的，那个dealer。也使广大群众提高警惕。

If it is a brand new one, it is under warranty. The auto maker is liable to repare it or change the whole engine. But you can never return it. This is a common place and general practice. Any product has defects. Don't be surprised. This is the reason why there is the warranty. Good luck!

谢谢大家关心,终于有了结果,车行同意买回这辆漏油的车,我看是心虚,卖出时就知道有问题,只是想糊弄我的朋友,朋友是新手,他们一搭脉就知道.最后好像差点闹到律师那里去,朋友退一步,加了钱,由04年车款换了辆05年款的.

对了,车是雪佛来的,车行不在渥太华.
