[问题] Equal Billing Plan

We just received our first gas bill since we moved in our first house. The energy company charged $135 for monthly equal billing plan amount. We would like to know should we keep or cancel the Equal Billing Plan. Thanks.

For a typical Chinese family, which usually has a good cash flow, I'd say to cancel it.
I did. I never knew exactly how much I spent on gas when I was on equal billing plan.

Every equal billing plan bill you get, there is a detail amount to show how much you used. Usually one month is estimated, the next month is accurate.
