drive with G1 licence? what is the risk?

I only have G1 licence. But I have to drive to do labor work for surviving, and without companion of G licence. But I do have car insurance. What will happen if I'm caught by police becasue:
1, my drive fault such as speedy, dangerous drive.
2, accident, but not my fault
3, accident, my fault

G1驾驶很不划算的，被抓到的话不管怎样都是你的错，也许还会被起诉。建议还是考了G2再开车比较好
