本人有一个手机，但是不经常打，就是出门儿图个方便。所以不想加入交月租费的那种plan，想加入那种不打不花钱的储值卡那种，请问哪个公司的好？在哪里能办理？谢谢

telus是贵,不过好像也没有5毛,差不多是4毛吧.其他的都是3毛左右

这种卡和长途电话卡一样,只要你把卡开通了就算不打过期也会作废的。

For Bell, if your balance reaches zero, they will send you a letter with 10mins free time to remind you topping up the account. After 4-5 months, they will take your phone numbers away and the reactivation fee is $45.

Thus if you just need a phone to call out at some emergency cases(like a car breakdown out of town or so) and don't need other people being able to call you from time to time, you may always carry a $10+tax phone card with your phone, only active the card when you have to call, then that card will work for a month, Bell sends 10 mins free time 2-3 months later, you active that time right before your phone number will be permanently cancelled, that should last another 2-3 months.

I paid $46 last year for using a Bell cellphone occasionally.
