请问你在草莓网退税是怎么和他们说的?收据是不是邮包上的那个税单?
需要别的什么手续吗?他们是不是连handling fee也一起退给你的那?
从你寄出单据到收到钱一共是多久时间?
问题蛮多的哦..

I usually just e-mail them with the picture of the custom receipt attached.
They will refund you the total custom+handling+taxes paid.

I usually get my refund within 4 days. Hope this helps.

that depends one whether your percel will be randomly selected by the custom....
if it is, then you not only have to pay duties + taxes, but also the handling charge....

but even if you are charged everything, you can always get it refunded from strawberrynet...
so eventually, you shouldn't pay any taxes or duties or handling charges at all...
