我的车停在apartment的车位上，不知道怎么前窗玻璃裂了一条二三十公分的缝。我应该怎么办？是自认倒霉还是可以向apartment索赔？另外更换前窗玻璃要多少钱？如果不更换开高速会不会有危险？

U can go to the court and sue the owner of the apartment under the tort of negligence. The owner may owe you a duty of care if they don't have proper examption clause given on the property.
