Sponsership application, Can I pay all the fees on-line?

I am little bit confused here, since I am living in Canada right now, and are prepareing to apply the sponsership for my parents, and want to pay all the fee together, and send out the sponsership application to Mississauga, but what is this web page meaning?
The sponsership application will be sent to Missussauga, but later after the sponsership, the immigartion applicatiojn for my parents has to be sent to Beijing, any one here know can I pay all the fee including the LandingFee and all process fee online?
