what kind of house no condo fee?

I thought only apartment has condo fee. But I am seeing a lot of townhouse have expensive condo fees as well. So what kind of house no condo fee? Thank you .

Does a condo-owner need to property taxes? As I know, he/she doesn't. Anybody knows the reason? Thanks!
