buid-in flash? noticed the shadow on the face. Don't know how to use fill-flash better in this situation. Studying myself.

Fill-flash: 闪光灯不是片子的主要光源, 更象是起到反光板的作用: 作为补充光源, 填补阴影或减少反差.

When using fill-flash, the camera's max sync is an important parameter. With D70, max sync is 1/500. This means, you can use bigger aperture (small F value) to get better DOF in a relative bright situation (like this pix), and still use fill-flash to fill the shadow on MM's face.
