[请求] Exchange driving licence in Ottawa

I have just moved from Quebec to Ottawa. I want to change my driving licence (less than one year)and vehicle licence in Ottawa. Who knows the precedures to exchange the new licences in Ottawa? I remember someome talked it in "Comefromchina" before, but can not find now.

I went through this procedure a while ago.

For driver's license, you need to go to the Ministry of Transportation office at
1570 Walkley Rd., Ottawa, K1V 6P5
I don't have the number anymore. But you should be able to find it in the yellow
page. I was asked to provide a driving record (abstract) and took an eye test.
I was charged $50. I suggest that you should phone before you go.

For car plate, you can go to your locl driver/vehicle license issuing office.

For this, you most likely need:

Ownerership proof (current registraton)
Insurance
Safety checkup
Driver's license
Emmision test (call them)
