求教: weeper holes

房子的正面墙底部的weeper hole 被铺在房子前台阶上的patio bricks 堵住了. 有什么办法补救吗?

是否必需remove the bricks on the step?

There are more than one weep holes on your new home ba? They are usually 2 feet apart, used for draining and ventilation. I think you can afford to lose a couple. If you want a professional opinion, contact Ron Tropea. His contact info is found in our Jing Hua Qu.

actually, you can use a power drill to dig a new hole if you really want to.
