The price is from the owner not from grapevine. So you can negotiate with seller.

15,000 or more down. If there are agents, prices are higher ( not always ) because
sellers use the money from you to pay the agents. You can try to visit some houses
listed here, write down the prices. Some
sellers will find agents if they can not
sell them. Then the bid will go up. You
will see them if you visit them again.

我刚买了房子,之前在这个网站也找过不少房子看过.这里的房子都是屋主自己卖的,但有些价钱叫得太盲目,甚至高于市场价很多,而且好的房子不多.如果你要买的话,最好,把同区的房子的价钱多比较一下.
