All the good conditions u talk about 1275-85 Richmond Rd, I believe 189 lees almost the same.

Also 1275-85 Richmond Rd. is about 3 minutes walk to Lincoln Heights Galleria, which offers WalMart, Loeb, PharmaPlus, and many more smaller merchants. Carlingwood Mall (Sears & Loblaws), Canadian Tire, Independent, Produce Depot are about 5 minutes' drive away.
