if just for this reason, u just tell you insurance company.

You can go to MOT (minister of transportation) to add her name on your ownership paper. So this car belongs both you and your wife.

However, if you want her to drive the car, she will need to be covered under insurance plan. That's when you call the insurance company. Her name does not need to be on the ownership paper for this reason. Indeed, if you two live at the same place, her name HAS to be under the insurance.
