Where is the new houses location? and how much is the range of a town house around 1400sqft--1800sqft. How is the quality of the new house?

I don't think Tartan has townhomes, but it has Semi-detached homes and Singles. Regarding the pricing, check your QQH to avoid "advertising" here...
